To cultivate college students' spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, giving full play to their professional advantages and practice the Chinese dream. Seven team member from "Chinese dream" research group of Weinan Normal University(WNU) physics and electrical engineering college to Unicomp Technology for summer social practice activity from July 22th to 29th.
As High-end detection equipment manufacturer and National Level Hi-tech Enterprise, Unicomp Technology was established by Mr. Liu Jun who graduated from WNU. The social practice was composed of four steps. Firstly Unicomp G.M. Mr. Nee Eric give a speech with “The Development and Innovation Road of Unicomp Technology”, and then visited the production process. Secondly, an impassioned discussion was conducted with topic of “ Entrepreneurship, Product Innovation and University Student Employment ” between the students and managers respectively from R&D, Basic Research department, Quality department and HR department. And then WNU alumni who working at Unicomp participate a symposium with the research group to enhance their relationship. Finally, Unicomp technology and WNC entrepreneurship development research group inaugurate a magnificent opening ceremony for the summer society practice, Unicomp technology will be WNC students summer social practice base.
Through this practice, the students penetrated into the community, understood the development process of enterprise innovation, learn how to combine the professional theory with the development of the enterprise. Not only further broadened their horizons, but also strengthen their confidence and determination to overcome the difficulty in the process of entrepreneurship and innovation.
